Backorders
On rare occasion, an order will need to be backordered. If an item is not available at the time of ordering, you will be contacted with an estimated date of availability. The remainder of your in-stock items will be shipped, and any backordered items will be shipped upon availability with no additional cost to you. If you choose not to wait for the backordered item, a full refund for that item will be provided.
Shipping and Returns
All orders are shipped via USPS. If you live outside of the United States, please email your oder to orders@frecklescrafts.com. We will be happy to provide you with a shipping quote.
You may return any item if unopened for a full refund of the product price or exchange for another item. We will provide you with a replacement product at no additional cost or your money back. It’s that simple!
We understand that sometimes you change your mind about an order. In the case your ordering needs change, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you. We cannot guarantee the ability to change an order during processing and shipping. In the event that we cannot make a change to your order, please review our return policy.
