Why oh why does Monday always come so quickly?  Last week my kids were on spring break from school and we had the best week together!  My husband took some time off of work before he had to go out of town for a conference, and we spent a few days at the indoor waterpark resort near our house.  We are a family of waterslide fanatics so it was the perfect way to spend some quality time together!

The rest of the week was spent at grandma and grandpa’s farm doing all kinds of fun activities.  It was a boys dream come true having time to run free with their cousins, explore the woods, fish in the pond, shoot archery, hunt for morel mushrooms (and find turtles instead) and even get a lesson in wildlife conservation while helping papa burn his prairie!  It was an amazing week and I was sad to see them go back to school today

So hello to another Monday!  Hello to getting back to work and back to our daily routine of waking up early, making lunches, and rushing out the door to get to school on time (blech).  Hello to some fun new Freckles Crafts projects I am working on, and hello to preparing for summer craft shows.  It is going to be a busy week!
